“We Provide First Class Service”

What do I need to bring with me for my first visit?

Bring the followingDriver’s LicenseInsurance Card and the Prescription. The Prescription must state the “Evaluation and treatment for either Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy, as well as the Medical Diagnosis along with the Frequency and Duration of Treatment.” Write a detailed list of signs and symptoms you are experiencing so you may share with your therapist at the time of evaluation. Lets face it:) we all forget things.

How long will I need Therapy for?

We tailor the treatment to patient’s needs based on their diagnosis, with the objective to return them to higher functioning by implementing the latest cutting edge technology and scientific evidence. There is no set period of time, however in general Neurological Rehabilitation is longer then Orthopedic Rehabilitation for either Adults or Pediatrics.

How much is my Co-pay going to be each time?

We have no control over this aspect. Your insurance is who decides and dictates to us what your co-pay will be. For your convenience, we verify your insurance before your initial visit so there are no surprises at the time of your visit.  We highly encourage you to call your insurance company directly or visit their website to familiarize yourself with your policy coverage and exclusions.

How do I dress?

We find that patients are more comfortable when they wear soft and flexible  exercise attire.
